Cross Country
East Kent Coaching is the event organiser for the Thanet Schools' Cross Country races. These are held every spring and autumn with separate races for boys and girls in each year group of Key Stage 2.

We are extremely fortunate that the team at Quex Park in Birchington allows us to use their beautiful site and the event is open to all children whose schools are members of the Thanet Passport scheme.

School Holidays
We also hold training sessions during school holidays throughout the year for primary school children in Years 3 to 6.

During the Easter holiday, we will once again have morning groups in Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate.

To give more children the opportunity to train with us, we are also introducing afternoon groups in Herne Bay, Birchington and Deal.

Our sessions are ideal for children looking to become more confident competitive runners, as well as those who just want to burn off some holiday energy in the fresh air.
